Shipping Information

Despatching/Delivery of Orders

 

  • All orders received before 15:00pm (GMT) are usually despatched on the same working day, (Mon-Fri).
  • Goods with a value over £30 will require a signature upon delivery.

Orders to the UK:

Each order is sent by 'Royal Mail 24' postal service.  Delivery is usually next day, though this is not a guaranteed service.


Export Orders Outside UK:


Orders to the EU: Parcels are sent by Royal Mail 'Airmail Standard', with an estimated delivery of 3-7 days.

Import VAT:  As we wait for our Government to implement the IOSS scheme, orders imported into the EU will be subject to Import VAT.  A fee will have to be paid to customs/postal service, before delivery. Pre-Brexit, you paid us the VAT - now you pay customs.  (We hope that we can remove the inconvenience soon!).

Orders Outside Europe: Parcels are sent by Royal Mail 'Airmail Standard' and estimated delivery is 7-10 days.

Goods dispatched to other countries outside of the UK may be liable to Import Duty, Tax or VAT. When ordering from us you agree to pay any such duties which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any duties imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product(s) and any duties or penalty imposed by your government.  Please check your country 'Customs Allowance' for importing goods, to avoid any fees.

Please be aware that due to bank holidays and during the Christmas period, Royal Mail & other postal services, may take longer than expected to deliver items.

Urgent Orders

Should you require your items urgently:

UK: For an additional cost, we offer a 24hr courier pack service, 'guaranteed next day by 4pm' (Mon-Fri).  As a guide the extra fee is £7.50 inc VAT.

Outside UK: We offer an express courier service, which can be quoted for, upon request.

Problems & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, though recognize that you may wish to return an item. Please send your goods back to the warehouse address, along with your order number. Once we receive the returned item/s, we will issue a full refund for your purchase:

If you feel that the item you purchased is incorrect, faulty or damaged, please send a message with your query and we will reply at the earliest opportunity.
